Assuring Grace

We react differently to the same issues. While some resound shouts of joy this season, some shed tears of joy. Either way, they are different ways of expressing gratitude. Any way you lean towards is okay. They are two sides of the same coin.

 Shouts of Joy

·      It is finished. Finally!

·      Once, I was blind, but now I see. Hurray!

·      Satan is vanquished, and my chains are broken. Wonderful!

·      The grave is empty. I die no more. Brilliant!

·      Principalities and powers are made subject to me. I am a winner!!!

·      I am redeemed. Amazing!

·      At last, I found the Saviour. Yes!

·      I am now seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. Fantastic!

·      Oh, victory in the cleansing blood. Great!

·      Yeshua Ha Mashiach conquered death. Hallelujah!

·      I will see the soon coming King. Glory!

·      By grace, I am saved. Praise God!

·      The middle wall of partition is broken. No more middlemen. Woo hoo!

·      Eternal life galore. Amen!

·      No more captivity. All right!

·      Free, free, free indeed. Thank God!

·      Hosanna to the King of Kings.

·      I am healed. Yaahhoo!

·      Hey, my feet are set on the Solid Rock. Yippee!

Tear of Joy

·      Who am I? That God is mindful of me.Mmm….

·      I should have been in hell. Ah!

·      I did not deserve the love. I’m still in tears!

·      Is it possible I am forgiven? Still in awe!

·      What did I do to merit it?

·      If not for Jesus, the Messiah. Goosebumps!

·      It is unbelievable. I am still dazed!

·      How did I get here? Wondering!

·      All the suffering was for me. Eish!

·      He paid the price. Really!

Some can’t see the reason for either. Either they have remained ordinary or are like the two disciples on their way to Emmaus. They asked Jesus if He was the only stranger in Jerusalem who didn’t know that a saviour came, did miracles, was crucified falsely, and would resurrect on the third day. Some also may have known about Him but refused to acknowledge Him and remained blind.

Let’s give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Now let us explain:

Yeshua Ha Mashiach, Jesus the Messiah, is very God and very Man. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and had a humble birth in a manger. His love for humanity is so outlandish. He brought himself down to the death on the cross for our sins. We didn’t deserve it, but He did it. He is the only one who could do it, for no one was qualified.

Satan stole, killed and destroyed mankind. Jesus came that we may have life more abundantly. He conquered death, set us free and rose again from the dead. He is seated at the right hand of God, making intercession for us. He will soon return with His reward in His hand.

Whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life. It takes nothing to believe and confess your sins. I did it and was forgiven. Many people have done it and were forgiven. If you have not, grab the chance now and do it. You will be forgiven. You will be free from the shackles of Satan and his demons. You will be set at liberty, and sin shall have no dominion over you.

Most importantly, he will shower His love on you, and you will have hope for eternal life. He is faithful, just and cleanses all righteousness. This explains the two reactions above.

There is no doubt that a reaction is evitable for what Christ done for us all. If we are honest, we react with all of those emotions. Sometimes we cry, we rejoice and other times we are just in awe! What a beautiful God we serve.
